Subject: program with highest winning percentage (not including draws)?

What program has the highest winning percentage overall, on the ssdf?  I mean
not including draws?  also out of curiosity what program has the biggest losing
percentage when draws are not included?  I'm interested in what program is most
likely to produce a decisive result.  Thanks
