In a thread further down we discussed the effects of one program playing
with a 10 times bigger (?) professionally made book - vs a program with
a small autogenerated book. In a way it would be interesting with a match
between Ruffian and Tiger with reversed books... If I got Christoph right,
he meant that the outcome of a match depends on other things than books
only. And of course he's right here. In the game below, it looks like
Tiger had great problems understanding the position after the last book
move 10.Be6.

 [D]r2q1rk1/bpp2pp1/p1npbn1p/4p3/1PP5/P1NP1NP1/1B2PPBP/R2Q1RK1 w - - 0 11

After 10.-Be6 black had a long sequence only moving the queen and the
 light squared bishop: 12.-Bxc4, 13.-Be6, 16.-Qxf6, 18.-Qxb2 20.-Qf6
 22.-Qb2, 23.-Bc4, 24.-Be6, 25.-Qf6, 26.-Bb3, 27.-Qg5, 29.-Qe7, 30.-Be6,
31.-Bg4, 33.-Be6. This is one way of losing a game. After 33.-Be6 there
 was the following position:

 [D]1r3r2/bp2qpk1/p1pNb1pp/Q3P2P/1P2B2R/P3P1P1/3R1PK1/8 w - - 0 34

White dominates the board and has a clear advantage.
