Worked fine for me. Here is CM9000's output for this position:

Time	Depth	Score	Positions	Moves
0:00	1/3	-0.04	459 1.Nd3 Ne6 2.Ne3 c6
0:00	1/3	0.07	587 1.Ne3 Ne6 2.c3 c6
0:00	1/4	0.36	2152 1.Ne3 Ne6 2.c3 c6 3.d4
0:00	1/4	0.38	2383 1.g3 c6 2.d4 Ne6 3.c3
0:00	1/5	0.15	4786 1.g3 c6 2.d4 Nd6 3.Ne3 Ne6
0:00	1/6	0.35	18463 1.g3 c6 2.d4 Ne6 3.c3 d5 4.Ne3
0:01	1/7	0.21	57349 1.g3 c6 2.d4 Ne6 3.d5 Nc7 4.c4 g6
0:02	1/8	0.27	126491 1.g3 c6 2.d4 g6 3.e3 e5 4.c3 d5
					5.Nd2
0:08	1/9	0.13	495724 1.g3 c6 2.d4 g6 3.Ba5+ b6 4.Bc3
					e5 5.d5 f5 6.Nd2
0:22	1/10	0.22	1363422 1.g3 c6 2.d4 d5 3.Nd3 g6 4.c3 Nd7
					5.e4 dxe4 6.Qxe4
1:17	2/11	0.20	4954816 1.g3 c6 2.d4 Nb6 3.Ba5 g5 4.c3
					e5 5.Nb3 Ne6 6.e3 d5

Are you sure that you used this EXACT string, instead of one that might have had
different castling rights? CM9000 does not understand castling in Fischer Random
chess.
