I have Pocket Fritz running on my Compaq Ipaq 3970 for some months now and last week I bought Pocket Fritz 2. Sofar I have been unsuccesful installing it. Files are copied to the PC, then it says "Retrieving application data from the mobile device". Then I get an "Add/Remove Programs" window. Pocket Fritz 2 is not in the list of programs to Add/Remove. Furthermore it says "Space required 0.0K". I thought it was a bad CD, so to check that, I moved Pocket Fritz 1 to the storage card and then tried to install Pocket Fritz 1 again in main memory. Same thing happened as with Pocket Fritz 2. So I think there is something wrong with my mobile. Tried to install it on a friends mobile and his PC. Now I get an error message saying ikernel.exe on the CD is wrong. I don't know what else I can try. I even tried installing the PC-Compaq communication program which didn't help. Anyone any idea? Please help. Hans.
