Chess Informant Expert 4.0 is using the PGN NAG's correctly.  Just ran some
tests on exporting Informant EE books to PGN and the annotations came out
correctly.  I also imported them into Chessbase and they worked fine.  Perfect
in fact for the small sample size I did.
