Here the Shredder 7 settings "El Cid" e.g. (as *.eng file in Shredder Classic GUI): [ENGINE] Name=Shredder El Cid Author=Stefan Meyer-Kahlen Filename=Engine.exe [OPTIONS] Prefer Open positions=true Rook=99 Bishop=97 King safety=110 Pawn structure=101 Pawn structure (Endgame)=103 Passed pawns (Endgame)=103 Bishop pair=107 The other values leave default.
