Well actually I am speaking in General, as far as I know there is only a few
chess programs that perform better on the Pentium Processor then the AMD, I am
comparing the Two at equal clock speeds.

How do they compare at the same clock speeds with the Top five Programs. If I
want the absolute best and fastest to run chess programs in General, would i do
better with the Pent 4 2000 or AMD XP 2000? or the Answer is AMD then Why?
