It could also be the opposite case: the settings given under CM9-GUI were wrong.
In that case it should correctly be:
Settings for The King 3.23S under CM9-GUI [The King 3.23S.cmp]
A/D (Attack/Defender) [ -2] M/P (Material/Position) [ 0]
S/P (Strength of Play) [ 100] C/C (Control of Center) [ 102]
Rand (Randomness) [ 0] MOB (Mobility) [ 110]
MSD (Max Search Depth) [ 99] K/S (King Safety) [ 155]
SS (Selective Search) [ 12] P/P (Passed Pawns) [ 100]
C/D (Contempt for Draw) [ 0] P/W (Pawn Weakness) [ 100]
OWN OPPONENT
Queen [ 9.0] Queen [ 9.0]
Rook [ 5.0] Rook [ 5.0]
Bishop [ 3.0] Bishop [ 3.0]
Knight [ 3.0] Knight [ 3.0]
Pawn [ 1.0] Pawn [ 1.0]
It depends on the param KingSafety: either 145 or 155.
