Well the funny thing is, they are all almost the same strength and a couple hundred games will not sort them out exactly. Besides a few Elo points one way or the other is not very important in my opinion. If you only want Elo points it seems to me that Fritz 8 and Chess Tiger 15 are both a waste of money when you have the previous versions. Progress has slowed to a crawl it appears. (Unless Fritz comes out with another update which raises it's strength significantly) Jim
