I ordered one Fritz8 online from ChessBase last week. A few days later I asked ChessBase by email (info@chessbase.com) whether it received my order and when they will ship out it, but they never replied to me. What happens to ChessBase? Is it close all thru Christmas and New Year? Thanks for any answer. Eran
