You are not alone. They didn't answer in my first e-mail but in the second. Also my Fritz 8 arrived 13 days after i ordered, so i think they are very busy these days, so you have to be patient. Also after an order, chessbase e-mails immediately an order confirmation so if you don't received anything there might be a problem.
