First, I wasn't thinking about "memory".  Since a user id is removed from
a computer, I'd assume some sort of record was kept as to when an ID was
added (new member) and when (very rare) an ID is removed...

Second, I certainly believe in "majority" because I was at odds with the
majority on the Rolf situation, but certainly went along with them...
