Subject: Do other people have problems in buying from chessbase?

I tried to buy Fritz8 and Shredder7 directly from chessbase but after I clicked
credit card and other details,checked the details  given and submitted the
information I got a message "page cannot be displayed"

I do not know if the problem was in my computer or in the computer of chessbase
so I do not know if chessbase got the information.
