I am not 100% sure, but it might be (almost) impossible with some games. Many games will not use DOS or BIOS services, to read the keyboard, but rather talk directly to the keyboard processor. DOS/BIOS functions don't give as much functionality, as some games need (for example knowing exactly when a key was hit, released, perhaps some "accords", that are not available during BIOS functions, etc.).
