I used to have the book. The book was essentially divided into two parts, Part I
being the easy combinations, and Part II being the hard ones. The easy ones were
VERY easy, so they weren't very interesting. The EOM files you see are the ones
used for testing engines, as obviously the ones from Part I wouldn't be of any
interest for that purpose.
