Subject: Test position, rook endgame w/ passers & candidate

Here's a position from monsoon-tinker tonight.  I believe that monsoon has just
blundered the win by playing f5.  It's tinker's move now and I think that f6
holds the draw.  Tinker played Ka6 which lost because it allowed white to play
e5 and make another passer.  Monsoon wants to play c3 here with a drawish
score... maybe that plan works too.  What does your engine say and do you chess
experts think f6 really holds?
