Some analysis suggest that at that point everything is losing for black.
Unfortunately I did not save that analysis.

I did not see a forced mate after 13...Kb2 but I could see at least positive
score for white in every line that you go.

Here is analysis by Deep fritz6 for move 13 of black(I remember that yace
suggested also Qe6 but changed it's mind after a long analysis to Qe5)

I think that both moves are winning
I may be wrong and it is possible that black is already losing before Kb2 and a
long analysis is needed
