Subject: A question about the .net C++ and the intel compiler

I use today microsoft visual C++6

I want to know if .net C++ is a better compiler.

I now only tested movei with intel C++ compiler and I got a small speed
improvement(4 or 5% faster) but a lot of remarks and warning.

The warning that I got are all or mainly about functions that the intel compiler
did not profile(and the reason is that I profiled only
by doing a game of movei against itself at depth 7 so I never called some
functions like analyze or winboard commands).
