Actually there are a couple of bios settings you may need to change. One is called "modem wake up on ring" and the other one that is similar is "wake up on LAN." You should check both though the first one is the one that seems to be relevant. I'm not sure if I'm remembering this accurately, but I think this should be enough for you to figure it out. A google search would clarify things further if needed.
