Anatoli, Just shut your uninterruptible power supply off. There is no way that the computer can start if the UPS is off. In my setup at my home I have a power switch that I turn off after putting the UPS in turn-off mode. With the UPS getting no juice and being in the off mode you will not have a problem. When I want my computer on I just flip the power switch and then the UPS-on switch. Then I turn my computer on. It is unwise to allow your computer to run 24/7 since this burns out fans and drives and uses unnecessary electricity. It is silly to worry about destroying the motherboard or CPU since you will probably get a new machine every two to three years anyway. You do have a good quality UPS don't you?
