People have more problems, when they turn on and off their computers all the
time.

Lots of stress, when it is done several times a day!

Let it run, but turn off the monitor.

I run 24/7 with no problems after 3 years 3 months...but I do own an IBM:o)
The quality is high, just obsolete!:o)
