I never used SEE of course because my own system has it build-in, so I can't
tell which system is faster. I do know that all the scanning of the white and
black pieces is a most costly business and my best guess is that SEE probably by
far is superior regarding speed.

But the system isn't only about move-ordering, that is just one of the
advantages, its main goal is EVAL.
