I am always amazed when I get further >evidence that we are all mad :( It is a failure of the current system that we can't figure out a way to keep someone who posts a lot of content and a little abuse. I think this is not so common though, the other times we've had to get on people they've either stopped doing what it was we asked them to stop doing, or they were intent on getting kicked out of here to start with, so it didn't matter that much. bruce
