So it cannot be the moves played during this time control. I bet it is the number of moves played in the game so far (same as ply). Just a guess, but some of his program is in Spanish (or maybe Portugese or some other similar language), and maybe numjug means "number played"? The thinking is 'num' means "number" and 'jug' is short for "jugar" which means "to play". Just a guess.
