I know only this:
1)Ruffian is freeware.
2)No programmer claimed that Ruffian is a clone of his program.

You can also ask the same question for every program.

How do you know that movei is not based on professional code when I made some
chaqnges to do Fritz weaker.

Only I can know that it is not the case.
