I guess that you can expect GM strength even for 10Mhz(the only reason that you
do not see it is that we(the programmers) do not know much about programming).

If you ask for today programs then I believe that 200Mhz is enough.

Fritz3 got IM norm on 90Mhz and programs of today are clearly better than
Fritz3.
