Problems of similar difficulty. Do you imagine that a computer program can scan
a piece of English grammar and decide if it is objectionable? Looking for
certain words is not going to work either. I can phrase something using nothing
obscene or even vulgar and yet is extremely nasty and abusive. I choose not to
use profanity {and yet you will see that I can still be harsh if you read many
of my posts} but others might utter an expletive which is [for instance] aimed
at injustice. Should this be automatically bounced?

Such a computer program as to recognize what is harsh and abusive is ten years
away. Read Morovic's book on AI, and you will see the nature of the problem and
the compute power needed for something our brains dismiss as trivial.
