I absolutely 100% agree with these statements.  Ed is a terrific programmer.  Ed
is a terrific person.  Ed has set a standard for customer support that is not
likely to ever be surpassed by the current crop of chess software vendors.  Ed
has performed a tremendous service to the chess and computer chess communities.
I would send Ed money today, in exchange for nothing, for all he has done for
me.

Few people feel that good about a vendor they have done business with ...  Ed is
the gold standard by which others in his field can be compared.
