I think it is a draw here. But difficult to find. After 44...Rc6 45. e7 Re6 46.
exd4 Kd3 47. d5 it is much easier.

[D] 8/p2RP3/4r3/3P1pp1/8/P2k1K2/8/8 b - - 0 47

The various positions in between might be interesting to test.
