Subject: Is there a program available that will let you filter out moves?

I am interested in using my chess program to analyze my tournament games and to
prepare certain lines for tournament play. Is there a program on the market that
will allow you to customize the thinking such that certain moves are not
considered. I want to be able to optomize the thinking time to consider only the
lines that I want it to......so as to be able to go deeper in those lines.
