Software602 CRASHED on me! Bummer! It did it after I had entered quite a few
positions. So I went back to Microsoft Word 98 and dug a little deeper. I
found Paste Special under the edit menu. There are four options under Paste
Special. The option called "bitmap" allowed me to paste the diagram from CB8 to
a Microsoft Word document with Black on the bottom. The picture looks good, but
I'm not sure it looks as good as it did with Software602.

Having to paste chess positions one at a time is no problem for me right now. I
am pasting in positions, from my most recent games, which I was unable to solve
in the time available during play of the games. Recently, I completed an
in-depth analysis of these positions with the help of Fritz. Now, I wish to use
the collection of positions as a sort of "closed-book test" where I must again
solve them unaided by Fritz. [The side to move is always on the bottom.] I will
repeat taking this test over and over again until all of the answers are
instantly obvious.

I also went out this evening and purchased an inexpensive color printer. That
should make the positions easier to see.
