It may be that John Tamplin has access-codes for both KT's and EN's EGTs that
can be put back-to-back.

My feeling is that the times involved for DTC EGTs are less than for DTM EGTs,
and that the time for 5-man EGTs with today's GHz is not major. I don't know if
anyone has EGT-generation times for 5-man EGTs.

It would be interesting to test the suggested EN-code-modification process on a
4-man EGT ... and see if it gives a file identical to JT's 4-man EGTs: this
would be on a P-less endgame.

In earlier days, there were some question-marks about ken's EGTs: I forget the
details but it was something really esoteric like capturing/promoting
simultaneously. Otherwise, ken's EGTs appear totally sound.

EGT-comparison tests:

1)  yes:  value = value for win/loss
2)  yes:  DTM >= DTC
3)  also, mzug <==> mzug ... the twin-sourced mzug-list being on JT's site
