^^^^^^^^^^ here is the
problem, you need a " at the beginning and at the end of the path because you
have a space in the path... so the line should look like:
> /icslogon=ics.ini /debug /sgf=icc.pgn /zippyGameEnd='seek 5 0\nseek 15 0\nseek 1
>2\nseek 2 12\nseek 45 10'
