Using Chess Informant Expert software, it was interesting to note that prior to the second match between Fischer and Spasski, this position had only occured 13 times in Chess Informant volumes volumes 1-54. Since this game played in 1992, it has appeared over 30 times with GM's Kasaprov,Smirin, Adams, Xie, Benjamin, Polgar, Nunn and Topalov all playing from the White side
