Interesting line but I think that the final position is a draw inspite of the fact that moveiXX say +2.10 for white depth=10 +2.17 g8f7 f3e2 f7h5 e2e1 h5e5 e1f2 e5f6 f2e2 f6e6 e2f2 e6f5 f2e2 f5g4 e2e1 g4e4 e1f2 e4f4 f2e1 f4g3 e1e2 g3g2 e2e1 g2h1 e1e2 h1e4 b6e3 Nodes: 81636908 NPS: 198741 Time: 00:06:50.77 depth=11 +2.10 g8f7 f3e2 f7h5 e2e1 h5e5 e1f1 e5f6 f1e2 f6e6 e2f2 e6f5 f2e2 f5e4 e2f2 e4d3 f2e1 d3g3 e1e2 g3g4 e2e1 g4f3 Nodes: 140416222 NPS: 196556 Time: 00:11:54.38 Movei also does not like to push the g pawn in the initial position The pawn at g3 is protected passed pawn so the bonus for protected passed pawn encourage it not to push the pawn forward unless it can also push the h pawn to protect it. piece square table encourages it to push g forward but not enough. I have ideas how to fix it and I may do it. Today it is not clear if the bonus for protected passed pawn is productive or counter productive.
