do _not_ use "tellall"  that is the wrong command.

Use this:

printf("tellics kibitz <whatever you want goes here>\n");

and it will work perfectly.  Commands to ics should use tellics and since kibitz
is
an ics command that is how you should send it.

"telluser" pops up a window to tell the user sitting at the console of the
computer
something.  Tellall should be pretty obvious...

use tellics _only_ for the things you are doing.
