The answer is simple:

Because the "challenger" likes to continually say that "I have a bad memory
about
this or that."  In this case, I don't.

And I'd like to see him prove one of his ridiculous statements once in a while.
So far he hasn't.

I simply offered him _another_ opportunity to do so...
