You had better do the math before diving into that kind of a match condition.

if you play a human rated 200 points lower than you, he will win one of every
four
games normally.  You had better check the odds to see how often he will win more
than
he loses, and see what he is going to pay in trying to win, vs what you pay out
on those
occasions where he beats the odds.

Sounds like a good way to go bankrupt in a hurry if you aren't very careful.
