Subject: Do I get double speed?

I’m using Athlon XP 1333Mhz, If I doulble the time control from 40 moves in 2
hours to 40 moves in 4 hours, do I get the same result as an Athlon XP 2333Mhz
with a time control of 40 moves in 2 hours?
