"1997 program/hardware" is pretty clear. I know the hardware I used that year. And for the 1997 WMCCC event there is a clear public record of the version number and the hardware used. The number of games doesn't matter. 0-1 or 0-12 is about the same thing... Time control is blitz, by his definition. that is normally 5 0, but I had said I would agree to 5 3 to make it "slower blitz." There is little else to agree on except for a date. I don't care when.
