One minor problem.  Vincent doesn't "continue to beat today's top programs."
In fact, I haven't seen him beat _any_ program more than an occasional time
here and there, certainly not even one of three games.  one win in ten games
would have to be considered a success at blitz for him.  GMs don't beat
crafty (scrappy) one out of ten games at blitz.  They don't beat it one out of
twenty in fact.  You can watch on ICC to see exactly what he is facing in
today's programs...

He might "claim" he can beat them.  But he can't _do_ it...
