What he's looking for is 40/2 games, and not much work is really being done here
as GM's won't do it for free, so we have to guess, I'm afraid.
Blitz, well very few can hold out against a programme even on my modest 500mgh
machine!:o)

I remember when I could still win some G/5's against CM5000 without
anti-computer play on a P5200mgh.

Now I've found ways to beat CM8000 at G/3 on a PIII 500, but by stonewalling,
and making the machine waste time when there are no tactics.

That took many tries! I lost many in the process.

The technique for the blitz wins wouldn't have worked against humans in the
latter case.

Machines just get stupid, when they have nothing to attack. Humans are good at
provoking weaknesses, more than machines in such positions.
