Several options.  If the outcome is clear, adjudication would work.  If not, the
next round
can be delayed a bit until the outcome is clearer.  With this many rounds, the
next round could
start by pairing as though the game in question will end as the scores suggest,
because even if
that is wrong, there are enough rounds to "correct" things.

That is one danger of increments.  Technically the game can last all day.
