Shouldn't it be two loses if both participants don't show up? Why reward two
people who don't show with a half point? I doubt that it would ever happen that
two players would both be over 15 minutes late for a game, but clearly it was
important enough to make a rule, and if we're gonna have a rule, we might as
well have a good one. In theory, it would be possible to win the tournament by
not showing up for a crucial game...probably would never happen, but the
possibility points to problems with the rule.
