Not Sargon III but Sargon V:

http://files.abandonkeep.com/dlfile/pc/s/sargon5.zip

Three provisos:

i. As "copy protection" It asks for a word from a page of the printed manual,
but you can enter anything;

ii. It has a rather strange pseudo-3D board;

iii. Save as Text works, but sometimes produces incorrect notation (when two
Rooks can move to a square, which Rook is not identified - for example, Rd1
rather than Rad1).

scid can import the saved text, though, and it's a strong program!
