This was a really interesting game and I plan to post detailed analysis sometime
after the tournament is finished.
I thought 11. h3 was a blunder during the game, too, but I have yet to find
anything really convincing for Black with Fritz. It prefers 12...Bg4, but there
Black also finds himself in a position where it is hard to get his pieces
coordinated.
Perhaps 16...Ke7 is the key improvement. After 16...Kd8, I don't think White is
worse.
