These are very good questions. An identified 'ICGA Challenge' is to devise a program that will decide, or help decide, such matters. From the v small subset I saw, I enjoyed Ferret-Ruffian in Round 9. We may be sure that the QRR-QRR battle was a nerveless and performance by both sides. If there were games better than this, I'd be happy to look at them. g
