If it is necessary to play 10,000 games to see ELO + 20 then the improvement for all users is 0 because noone will play 10,000 valuable games. Can you tell us how it is possible to see other program's improvement clearly (!) with much less than 10,000 games? Or would you say this recognized clear improvement is just halluzination?
