Yes we can forgive Bruce I think, obviously an oversight, although I don't
understand why people can't be bothered to _read_ a simple page with the rules,
no offence.

Right.
There is a simple explanation here; the questioneer isn't a chess programmer. If
he was, he would know how little effort it takes to make it kibitz. :)
