I say only that we cannot know when we do not know how much progress did Amir
Ban with Junior.

It is possible that Junior8 it is 50-100 elo better than Junior7 and it is also
possible that Junior8 is 200-300 elo better than Junior7.

I do not assume as obvious that a break through in computer chess is impossible.
